Settings

The Settings page is used to:

  • Manage Notifiers: Notifiers define the way Shodan Monitor sends out notifications. Asset groups can have multiple notifiers attached to them and its up to you to decide what notifier is best for your workflow. The most commonly-used notifiers are email, Slack and webhook.

  • Backup Configuration: Use the website to download a backup of the currently configured asset groups and notifiers.

    To restore the settings please use the following Shodan CLI command:

    Terminal window
    shodan alert import shodan-monitor-backup.json.gz
