On-Going Communication

Most of our customers use the Shodan platform to create commercial, derivative works and their use of Shodan evolves over time depending on their use cases. To accommodate new requirements and better serve our existing customers we offer a few options for staying in touch on a regular basis:

  • enterprise@shodan.io (preferred): this is a group email that has priority over our regular support email and we respond within 24 hours. If there are specific technical questions then it may take longer to provide a full answer
  • Meetings: pick a slot from the Google Calendar to schedule a meeting if you have questions, suggestions or want to catch up. Shodan operates within the pacific timezone:

  • Slack: invite us to your external channel and your team can communicate with Shodan via Slack. If you’d like to set it up please contact enterprise@shodan.io
